Need to set up your network, books, filing systems, etc.? Make them effective, secure and scalable? We can do that. We can either augment your own staff, or be your off-site IT/Operations team. Whatever level of attention and presence you need we can make work when we are taking new clients.
We spread out the times we are taking new clients so that we can make sure we can absorb and give appropriate resources to each endeavor we have already contracted before bringing on new ones. Right now, as of March 30th, 2008, we are cheerfully taking new clients. We will attempt to update this page should we need to put the brakes on new clients, but it is certainly best to ask. When helping you set up your systems we always consider:
- your internal culture/workflow
- your short term and long term goals
- your budget
- simplicity
- your software/reporting and connectivity needs
When you hire us, you are hiring a company that wishes you to succeed. We will not recommend any product or service that we don’t feel you need to achieve your stated goals within your stated budget. We are also sensitive to the fact that you need to always be able to move forward without us (the Bus Factor as it is sometimes called) and so we are committed to always providing adequate documentation and manuals, access to resources and project related documents and assets at all times.
PBS often outsources certain aspects of any given project to third parties who are tried and true (we can’t do EVERYTHING ourselves…). We take full responsibility for the quality of work of anyone we hire on your behalf.
